Fee
$220 per 50-55 min session
Insurance
Most insurance companies provide generous coverage towards meeting with a psychologist. A receipt will be provided that you can submit to your benefits provider and get reimbursed according to your coverage.
Payment
Payment accepted by e-transfer, credit card is accepted with an additional fee of $5.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours is required for a cancellation and rescheduling of appointments, otherwise a full session fee is charged. Thank you for your consideration.

What are your hours?
Kay Psychological Services is offering In person and online/virtual therapy sessions on weekdays, there is also evening appointments available on Fridays.
How can I book/re-schedule my appointment?
In order to book or reschedule your appointment, you can call, email or go to online booking page and book/re-schedule your appointment.

What should I expect for my first appointment?
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive new client intake forms and consents forms via email, you are required to fill those forms prior to your first appointment.
